Lazy Lasagna
This is probably the easiest lasagna dish I have ever made. It was delicious and my family cleaned out the whole pan!
Ingredients:
2 bags of frozen ravioli (25 oz each) You can use meat, cheese or spinach ravioli
2 jars marinara/spaghetti sauce (24 oz each)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
3 lb. ground hamburger (browned)
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, diced
salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Directions:
*Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
*Brown hamburger with onion, garlic and spices. Drain.
*Spread about 1 cup of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the baking dish.
*Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
*Add a layer of the hamburger mixture.
*Add a layer of marinara sauce.
*Sprinkle both cheeses over the top (use 1/2 of your cheese).
*Repeat layers of ravioli, hamburger, sauce and the remaining cheese
*Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
*Remove foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
*Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Great served with garlic bread and a salad.
