Cranberry Apple Orange Relish

HAPPY THANKSGIVING........

Instead of the traditional "cranberries in a can" this Thanksgiving, try this family favorite recipe:

Cranberry Apple Orange Relish

2 bags fresh cranberries
2 red apples (remove the core.   I use the apple peel)
2 oranges
2 small boxes of red jello (strawberry or raspberry taste best)
1 to 1-1/2 cups sugar 
1 cup pecans

In a food processor, chop up the cranberries, apples, oranges and pecans.          
Add jello.
Add sugar (to taste).         
I grate a little bit of the orange peel and add in.
For a healthier version, you can use sugar free jello and a sugar substitute.
This is best if it sits overnight before serving.
